The Who and Fleetwood Mac to perform in Ireland

Exciting news as both The Who and Fleetwood Mac have recently announced tour dates in Ireland.

The Who will play Dublin on June 8th at the 02, Dublin. The legendary rock band will be performing their famous 1973 double album ‘Quadrophenia’. The band have also confirmed that they will be playing a selection of their well known and loved classics.  

A press release from the band revealed the orginal album will be focused on and “replaces the narrative used in previous stage versions with powerful imagery projected on an array of massive screens, designed to support, complement and propel the musical content of the work by setting it in the context of the history of the band”.

Fleetwood Mac will play Dublin’s 02 on Friday, September 20th, 2013 for one night only. The tour marks the 35th anniversary of their 1977 album ‘Rumours’. The album is responsible for hit tracks such as ‘Go your own way’ and ‘Dreams’.
