US property developer and entrepreneur Donald Trump has confirmed the news that he has purchased the iconic Doonbeg Golf Club in County Clare. It was also confirmed that Doonbeg Golf Club will be rebranded as the “Trump International Golf Links, Ireland”  in a similar to his other Celtic golf resort near Aberdeen in Scotland. Ireland march on to Twickenham after victory over Wales

Ireland remain unbeaten in the 2014 Six Nations Championship following a hugely impressive 26-3 victory over the reigning champions Wales at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Saturday. New Aer Lingus transatlantic service between Boston & Shannon launched

There was good news for those seeking to plan a trip to Ireland over the coming months as Ireland’s national air carrier, Aer Lingus, launched a new Boeing 757 transatlantic service between Shannon airport and Boston’s Logan airport. Ireland look to make an impact at the Winter Olympics in Sochi
