Clonakilty Waterfront Festival

This is a four day music and food festival which will take place from the 2nd to the 5th of August in Clonakilty, West Cork.

Sky TV series begins filming in Ireland with a star cast

Hollywood actor Ray Winstone will be in Ireland this July to film a new Sky TV series titled “Moonfleet”. Filming for the two-part adaption of the book by the same name by author John Meade Falkner, a story of a thrill-seeker longing to join the local crew of smugglers, will take place in Dublin and Wicklow despite the novel being set in a small Dorset village.
