Waterford Harvest Festival 2012

A city wide festival, the Waterford Harvest Festival celebrates the food heritage and culture in Waterford, and takes place 10th – 16th September 2012.

A festival for food lovers everywhere, the Waterford Harvest Festival is a modern twist on the traditional harvest celebrations and feasting period, with family events such as cookery demonstrations, food tours, tastings, taste workshops, restaurants trails, markets, barbeques, street entertainment and live music happening across the city.

People from throughout Waterford, Ireland and across the waters who attend this much loved festival, are actively encourage to get involved to experience the exciting range of culinary delights and appreciate the food of the region’s ever dedicated, enthusiastic producers.

A wonderful and vibrant county in Ireland, Waterford has much to offer visitors on holiday or vacation in Ireland, so why not this September combine a trip to coincide with the Waterford Harvest Festival and take in the glorious coastal resorts of Tramore , Annestown, Bunmahon, Stradbally and Clonea.
