Not everyone can saw they saw award winning actor Johnny Depp enjoying Sunday lunch – except for the people of Multyfarnham, Co Westmeath who were shocked yet thrilled to welcome the internationally famous actor to the village.
Famous Irish actor known for his roles in Batman, Inception and 28 Days Later was also present at the lunch with acclaimed author JP Donleavy. It is believed the actors joined the author to discuss plans to work on bringing Donleavy’s classic ‘The Ginger Man’, to the big screen.
Onlookers said that the actors tipped generously and were happy to give out autographs and pose for photos, much to the delight of the locals and visitors.
